There are various ways you can support us: 

You might like to join the planned giving scheme. Donors give a fixed amount by standing order each month for as long as they are able. Those who do so and are taxpayers can, if they wish, allow the church to reclaim the tax they have paid on their donation. For each pound you donate the church can recover an extra 25p. This 'Gift Aid' reclaim is a very important additional contribution - we will typically recover about £17,000 a year from the taxman.

All donations are made in absolute confidence - only the Planned Giving Recorder knows the amounts given by individuals.

You might also like to join the Friends of St George's, you can find more details elsewhere on this site, and application forms are also available at the back of church.

You could also offer your time or talents to the community of St George's through a contribution to the life of the church through worship, assisting with our young people or other service. There is a fairly comprehensive list on the Time and Talents sheet which is available as a download.
